The A/B form is needed for all Scout Activities, and the 'C' form is needed for Summer Camp.
Scout Over the Counter 'OTC" Form
This form will be collected when ABC forms are collected and used to determine what over the counter medicines are to be given to scouts. Remember All meds must be turned over to an Adult leader, before any trip or event.
